The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) is the industry body for the international property market and is rapidly gaining recognition by the public as the gold standard of purchasing property overseas. As a member, we have voluntarily committed ourselves to the rules and regulations of this organization, giving reassurance to buyers that they are dealing with a professional company.

 The organization has been set up in order to improve standards of professionalism in the international property market and as a Member of the AIPP:

• We have been submitted to industry standard training.
• We have voluntarily agreed to follow and be bound by the industry Code of Conduct
• We have committed ourselves to providing a better, safer environment for you, the buyer of property overseas.
What is the AIPP?
The AIPP is a non-profit organization that has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property market and to provide quality assurance to consumers. Members have signed up to follow all aspects of the AIPP Code of Conduct.
 The work of the AIPP and that of its members will not only improve the quality of the service and product delivered to the consumer when buying property overseas, but is also a reminder to buyers that at all times that we are following professional industry standards and working hard to deliver customer satisfaction through honesty, integrity and accountability.
