Giovani Inspection Trips are a cost effective and exciting way to view the vast range of properties we have available and are completely obligation free.  

The visit to Cyprus lasts 3 to 4 days, during which time your personal sales executive will assist you in finding your dream home in the sun. Giovani can help with everything; from recommending a mortgage package to suit your needs; to introducing you to a trustworthy lawyer in Cyprus to take you step-by-step, through the sales process.

A basic intinerary for our inspection trips is outlined below:

Day 1

• You will be picked up from the airport by a company member (during office hours) or by one of our formal transport representatives.
  
• During the first day, you will be taken to relax at your luxury Cyprus villa and given some time to take in Cyprus and enjoy the sun!
  
• You will be welcomed to Cyprus by your sales representative who will join you for a bit of sight seeing and a guided tour of the area and its attractions.
  

Day 2

• Your sales representative will meet you again and take you through the different developments and properties that interest you in order to show you the real product on the spot.
  
  
• During the tour of the Cyprus properties there will be a break for lunch in a beautiful restaurant by the sea.
  

Day 3

• By now you will hopefully have your ideal property in mind, so now is the time to re-visit the properties of your preference.
  
• You will meet the Giovani management team who will happily answer any questions you may have about buying a property in Cyprus.
  
• The evening will consist of a relaxing dinner with your sales representative to discuss the possible purchase of your new home.

Day 4

• On your last day, you can meet up with the Giovani staff in order to discuss your thoughts and considerations. If you do decide to proceed to buy a Cyprus property,  all the contract details will be discussed and the final agreement completed. We will introduce you to banks and solicitors for the finalisation of the sale and then browse the extensive range of goods in our interiors showroom, to add the final personal touches to your brand new home!
