We/I would like to participate in a 4 day/3 nights BUYERS INSPECTION VISIT for the purpose of inspecting various properties that are being offered for sale.
We/I understand that whilst visiting our/my accommodation and transportation and main meals (while been with the company’s representative) will be provided free of charge.
We/I fully understand that we/I will be expected to fulfill the viewing schedule as set down. We/I also confirm that during the visit will be able to pay the required reservation deposit by cash, cheque, or credit/debit card of minimum of 2000 Cyp should we would like to proceed with a property purchase.

The inspection visit is heavily subsidized and is solely for the use of those persons wishing to inspect property with a view to purchasing same. In the event of non-completion or of a breach of this agreement, Giovani Developers LTD reserves the right to reclaim the full cost incurred by The Company from either person named.
