“Following our successful purchase and delivery recently of one of your properties, we would just like the opportunity to say thank you to you and all your staff involved in the purchase. Our first e-mail to your office in 2006 was replied to straight way, with all our questions replied to with professionalism and honesty, without the usual hard sell you receive from other companies. As we knew the area well, the answers to our queries and subsequent telephone discussion were enough for us to proceed with the purchase and place a deposit there and then (we have found this with no other developer/sales in Cyprus since). Throughout the build we were fully informed of due payments and promptly forwarded our receipts, as well as receiving regular updates and photos which always helps as we are in the UK. The delivery of the apartment was completed within a few hours, as despite our keen eyes, we could only find one minor snag externally that was attended to the next day. We were also very appreciative of the help in achieving our electricity connection the next day so we could move in that night; it just shows what committed staff can achieve for their clients. The following day all our furniture, air conditioning, white goods and blinds arrived on time, which again was due to the sound co-ordination by Giovani staff to advise on the correct companies to use who could be relied on, whilst still providing competitive package costs. In our opinion, it is this care and attention that makes Giovani stand out from the others. Most developers talk about their family run companies both in the UK and Cyprus, but on dealing with lots to date, we can genuinely say in our opinion that is true with Giovani. Even turning up at the head office without an appointment you are met, put at ease and any queries dealt with both professionalism, care and with a smile. The trust we now have in Giovani was a major factor in our company purchasing an apartment at Avgerinos and looking at future projects as they come on the market.
